Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase or delivery for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not issued.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will provide instructions.
Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item.
In-Store Returns
Online purchases may also be returned in person at our Downtown Danville location within 14 days of delivery.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Seasonal décor
- Holiday items
- Jewelry
- Clearance or sale merchandise
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
Exchanges
If you need a different size or would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist based on product availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery so we can make it right.
