Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

Orders are typically shipped via USPS or UPS.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip shipping fees by selecting free in-store pickup at checkout.

Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

Please bring your order confirmation email when you come to pick up your order.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Issues

If your order has not arrived within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us with your name and order number and we will be happy to assist.
